Eric Beecher (Chairman)

Former editor of the Sydney Morning Herald and editor-in-chief of the Herald and Weekly Times newspaper group. Eric was founder and CEO of the Text Media Group (which was bought by Fairfax Media in 2003) and is chairman of the Wheeler Centre and chairman of the government's bid committee to make Melbourne a UNESCO City of Literature. Eric presented the Andrew Olle Media Lecture in 2000 and was awarded the Walkley Award for Journalistic Leadership in 2007.

Christine Christian (Independent director)

Appointed CEO of Dun & Bradstreet Australia and New Zealand (D&B) in 2001 after leading the management buy-out of these operations from the D&B global company. In this role she has more than doubled the market value of D&B, and, after preparing the company for an IPO, instead recently accepted an offer from its global parent, D&B Corporation (US). Christine is recognised as a leading authority on risk, debt management, credit reporting and business intelligence.

John Addis (Director)

Has 25 years' experience in marketing and advertising. Co-founder of The Intelligent Investor, a value investing-based research publication, he is one of Australia's most knowledgeable experts in subscription marketing strategy and techniques.

Chong Weng Ho (Director)

One of Australia's leading designers. Among many titles, he has art directedThe Age, Melbourne Herald, Sunday Age, BRW and Melbourne Weekly. Has a supervisory role in the design of all Private Media websites.

Lee Stephens (Independent Director)

Lee Stephens has been a regional digital leader for more than a decade and is currently CEO of Switch Digital. Before that he was the Digital CEO for Aegis Media Asia Pacific and CEO for Aegis Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Aegis, Lee was CEO of eMitch, Australia’s largest digitally focused public company and sister agency of Mitchell Media. Lee was also Commercial Director with Fairfax Digital and CEO (2001-2004) and Founder of Selenium Interactive, one of Australia’s first web design and digital media agencies (1998-2001).
